Purpose
Within the CAT Computing Community, our primary objective is to offer robust support to schools in enhancing their Computing Curriculum. As part of this community, we will hold regular CAT Computing meetings tailored for Computing subject leads, ensuring a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Additionally, we will facilitate termly Computing training sessions designed to empower school staff and subject leads with the latest insights and methodologies.
In addition, we will curate comprehensive knowledge bases and resources, equipping teachers/subject leaders with the tools needed to deliver high-quality computing education. Furthermore, as part of the community, we can provide school improvement support (if required), via School Improvement Director Kate Doyle / Andrea Curran / CLTA.
At the heart of the CAT Computing Community lies our unwavering commitment to ensuring that every Trust school delivers excellence in Computing education. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within Computing, we strive to empower educators and enrich the learning experiences of our students.
